Another major challenge exists for the island beyond the recent disasters, as everyone looks to continue supporting their families and those affected. Tourism is a critical piece of the economy on Maui, and we wholeheartedly look to welcome visitors back to our beautiful islands and on our tours.
All of us at Hike Maui, and so many other companies on the island, ask that you consider visiting Maui and booking tours, visiting restaurants, and shopping at local stores, to support the residents. Without our valued visitors, so many will not be able to continue supporting the victims of the fires or their own families.
