PT once sang his way through over 30 professional theatre productions—now he’s trading Broadway lights for jungle hikes and couldn’t be happier about it.
Originally from Kansas City, MO, PT made the leap to Maui with his partner and never looked back. He lights up every trail with stories, stoke, and serious aloha vibes.
What makes this job the best in the world (according to PT)? That look on guests’ faces after their first jungle swim—pure magic. Add in Maui’s mana, lush trails, and waterfall dives, and he’s basically living his dream.
When he’s not guiding, PT’s likely sprinting up ridgelines as an avid trail runner, diving deep on a freedive, or catching waves at the beach. He’s always moving, always exploring, and always soaking up the island’s energy. PT believes Maui no ka ‘oi—and he means it. His favorite part of every hike is helping guests feel that same mana for themselves.
