The Original Ride: Summit to Ocean
From the summit of Haleakala (10,023 feet) you cruise down to the ocean,
never once having to peddle uphill. Anyone and everyone has
done it. It is not difficult. The scenery is the best on island.This
is a guided trip--you follow single file behind a bike leader down the
mountain. You can go at sunrise or early morning.
