Kanaio Coast Tour Few tourists see this remote, uninhabited side of Maui. About 200 years ago, lava exploded from a vent here and poured into the ocean, creating incredible lava arches, grottos and sea caves. The experience of entering a sea cave by raft or passing through a massive lava arch should not be missed. We also cruise through the protected water of La Perouse Bay, stopping to snokel in out-of-the-way areas. Sea turtles, spotted eagle rays and spinner dolphins are commonly spotted.

Molokini Express Prefer to limit your time on the ocean to two hours? Take the express to Molokini, a mere 15 minute ride. Molokini is a small, uninhabited tuff cone that looks like a horseshoe-shaped islet. It's a marine preserve packed with tropical fish. Molokini is a very popular destination, and rightly so, but we head out at midday after most of the other boats have left.
