Customers may cancel no later than 24 hours prior to a scheduled activity for a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity will not be eligible for any refund. A full refund will be given if the activity is cancelled by Hike Maui. In the case of dangerous conditions, the activity will be cancelled and a full refund offered. The customer may have the option to reschedule on a space-available basis.
